Do you want to live in Tel Aviv?
Along with the fun, delicious food, calm atmosphere, and vibrant and colorful nightlife that Tel Aviv offers, there is also the matter of residence.
The trick is to match the resident with the right area with perfect precision, whether it is a single resident, a family with children, or any other status, in terms of location, access to roads, and, of course, approachable prices and more.
The North Star neighborhood
The North Star neighborhood is within easy reach of Yarkon Park, which is characterized by detached houses alongside multi-story buildings.
In the past, Sde Dov Airport could have been found north of the neighborhood, and in the coming years, the vacated area is supposed to become a new residential neighborhood.
The Philharmonic project currently resides in the neighborhood, including two 12-story buildings with 113 housing units on a 4.6-dunam plot.
Tzameret Park
Tzameret Park is a neighborhood located near the most prestigious square in Israel – Kikar HaMedina.
The neighborhood includes luxurious apartments and large penthouses and cottages, most of which were designed by the best architects in the country.
The City Center
It is customary to think of Tel Aviv’s city center as the central area for Israel’s bachelors, who prefer to live in old buildings and narrow, small apartments. Still, in recent years, many prestigious projects have been built by the country’s largest contractors in the city center.
These projects combine apartments and commercial areas that attract visitors nationwide, including the Sarona complex, Gindi, and others.
Neve Tzedek
Neve Tzedek is the first Jewish neighborhood built outside the walls of Jaffa.
At the beginning of the 1980s, the neighborhood began to undergo a revolution of developmental and preservation projects. Among other historical buildings that can be found in the area are: The Suzanne Dellal Center, Nahum Gutman Museum, Aharon Shlosh House, Beit Rachamim Gurel, Shimon Rokach House, and Eden Cinema.
That is why it was populated by young artists who breathed real life into it at that time.
Over time, it has become a trendy and unique neighborhood, including local cafes, luxury restaurants of the best chefs, and designer stores. It, therefore, attracts a lot of tourists.
Tzahala neighborhood
Since the 1950s, the Tzahala neighborhood, located north of the city, has attracted privileged families.
These were mainly military personnel in the past, including some of the most famous military generals. Hence, its name is a derivative of the IDF. However, in recent years it has attracted celebrities, politicians, and senior figures in the Israeli economy.
The neighborhood is just a short drive from the access roads leading to Ramat Hasharon and northern and eastern Israel.
